About Us
The Casita Ventura Cooking Experience
Casita Ventura’s culinary experience is an interactive small-group cooking workshop set in a beautiful and intimate outdoor space.
The workshop is designed for groups of 6, 8 or 10, lasting approximately 3 hours.
Together, we will prepare a traditional paella, from start to finish. Paella is considered the national dish of Spain, and in this workshop, you will discover why that is.
Paella is a story of family and friends coming together to create joyful memories and share an unforgettable meal.

Hola! I’m Liz and I welcome you to Casita Ventura.
As your host, I want to share with you my love of cooking and what I have learned from my travels to Spain. Together, we will create our story during the paella experience.
